WHITE METAL is a 100% national company, built and idealized to serve the market of rotating machines and special machining. Active in the market since 1995, the company provides solutions to its customers in:

  • Development and manufacture of hydrodynamic bearing projects;
  • Reengineering of hydrodynamic bearings;
  • Calculations of hydrodynamic bearings;
  • Full recovery and revitalization of damaged bearings;
  • Manufacture of bearings through drawings provided by the customer, samples or by reengineering;
  • Special machining on metalparts and engineered plastics;
  • Nationalization of bearings;
  • Technical assistance and field assemblies.

In addition to the above solutions, the company has its own bearing lines; DIN standard bearings, standard journal bearings, axial bearings, combined bearings, self-equalized bearings.

Certified in the ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System since 2009 by SGS is a company that seeks the development and continuous improvement of all its processes, products and people.

Installations

Our manufacturing unit is located in the city of Sumaré-SP, with built area of 1830 m2 on a plot of 5000 m2.

In this unit, we have technical, administrative and commercial offices; air-conditioned machining and finishing centers, vertical, horizontal, grinding and milling processes. Assembly of bearings, casting and welding.

We also have a complete center of inspection and quality, in which we have a three-dimensional CNC measuring machine of last generation.

White Metal invests heavily in technology. Our factory is equipped with modern and efficient machinery.

The quality sector has a Hexagon three-dimensional CNC measuring machine that holds up to 1,800 kg.

Engineering uses the best software available on the market, so the calculations generated by the software are able to provide data on the operation and characteristics of the bearings, among them:
